I am Head of the Banking and Finance Practice in Stockholm.
I am recognised by leading ranking institutes as a leader within my field and primarily advise clients such as major banks and financial institutions, direct lenders/debt funds and private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on a wide range of domestic and cross-border debt financing matters with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition finance, fund finance and capital call bridge financing, sustainability linked and green loans, real estate finance, syndicated loans, project finance, refinancing and investment grade. My work further includes advising in relation to high yield bond offerings, super senior revolving credits as well as securitisations and asset backed financings.
I also have extensive experience in corporate restructuring matters and work-outs acting for lenders, agents, syndicated lending groups, borrowers and private equity sponsors.
