I assist Swedish and foreign companies with counselling regarding mergers & acquisitions, various corporate law matters and banking and finance related law.

I am part of Setterwalls’ banking and finance team, where I primarily work with finance transactions and financial regulatory matters. I am also a part of Setterwalls’ M&A team, whereby I assist Swedish and international clients in various types of transactions and company law matters.
