Setterwalls has advised Kista Hotel Apartments in connection with establishment, financing and signing of a 20-year lease agreement with Kungsleden for a new apartment hotel in Kista Science City with approximately 170 rooms that amount to 6,000 square meters.
The hotel will serve as a second home for weekly commuters and travellers from abroad on short term contracts.
