I have more than ten years of experience in construction and real estate law.

I mainly assist companies in the real estate industry with strategic advice, negotiate and establish commercial agreements and dispute resolution. The clients usually contact me before and during larger projects such as acquisition/sale of properties/companies, conclusion or renegotiation of rental and lease agreements, procurement, land allocation, land development and construction.

Furthermore, I am also frequently hired by clients for ongoing advice in their day to day business, which provides a close and effective collaboration.

I also have an extensive experience of construction and real estate-related disputes before arbitration tribunals and courts.
