The complaint against the legislation on Germany\u2019s adherence to the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court (no 2 BVR 739\/17) appears as the fifth entry from the top of the list where Justice Huber is indicated as rapporteur. This should be perceived as a signal that a decision will indeed be delivered in 2019 (albeit a corresponding listing was published last year at this time for 2018).
