The companies have a combined annual turnover of approximately SEK 900 million and are portfolio companies in Ceder Capital\u2019s first fund.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The transactions are expected to be completed at the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the companies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Adero <\/strong>is a supplier of technical ventilation installation services in Stockholm and the Uppsala area.
