Setterwalls has also advised K2A in connection with the acquisition of a residential project in Norrt\u00e4lje from Sl\u00e4tt\u00f6. 191 residential apartments, three office premises and a parking garage shall be constructed on the property.<\/p>\n<p>Both projects will receive environmental certification with Milj\u00f6byggnad Silver and the acquisitions are structured as forward purchase\/commitment transactions meaning that the sellers respectively are responsible for the constructions of the projects and that closing of the transactions will take place at completion of the projects.<\/p>\n<p>K2A Knaust &amp; Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) is focusing on long-term ownership and management of self-produced rental apartments, student housing and community service properties.
