Setterwalls has assisted Logistic Contractor AB (\u201dLogistic Contractor\u201d), one of Sweden’s largest construction companies in logistics and part of the W\u00e4stbygg Group, in entering into a collaboration agreement to develop approximately 400,000 sqm of land in Nyk\u00f6ping Logistics Park thorough a joint venture with state-owned Orio AB (\u201cOrio\u201d). Logistic Contractor commits to pay Orio a total of about MSEK 200 over a five-year period thorough the collaboration agreement, depending on the area developed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The land is currently owned by Orio and is directly adjacent to its current warehouse and distribution centre.
