The Patent and Market Court approved Jollyroom’s claim regarding an injunction under penalty of a fine for unfair marketing against Big Baby Aktiebolag.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Setterwalls has yet again represented Jollyroom, one of the Nordic region’s largest e-retailer in children’s and baby products, in a dispute over unfair marketing. After Jollyroom noted that its competitor Big Baby Aktiebolag used a number of different markating claims that made the company’s prices and sales appear more favorable than what they really were, Jollyroom brought an action regarding prohibitory injunction under penalty of a fine in the spring of 2020. Jollyroom’s case was upheld on all counts in all significant parts with the consequence that Big Baby Aktiebolag was prohibited under penalty of a fine of 300 000 SEK for continuing with the unfair marketing measures.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
