Further, Setterwalls will also be assisting Third Point Re with all Swedish regulatory filings for final approval of the merger. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2021 after customary regulatory approvals in all relevant jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p>Sirius Group, with USD 2.4 billion of total capital and roots dating back to 1945, is a global multi-line (re)insurer based in Bermuda.
