The company operates in V\u00e4sterbotten and employs just over 30 people. The purchase price amounts to SEK 60 million and is paid through SEK 40 million in cash, SEK 10 million through reinvestments in shares in Nordisk Bergteknik and SEK 10 million in a seller promissory note.
