Underlying property value amounts to approx. SEK 2.14 billion. The acquisition is carried out by the Folksam subsidiary KPA Pension. The properties have a leasable area of approx. 14,400 sq.m. and are located at the avenue Sveav\u00e4gen.<\/p>\n<p>The Folksam group is one of Sweden\u2019s largest insurance groups with invested assets of approx.
