Based on the closing price of Komplett\u2019s share on the Oslo Stock Exchange on 8 February 2022, the total value of the consideration corresponds to approximately NOK 3,7 billion. Komplett was founded in Norway in 1991 and is a pioneer within e-commerce within electronics and gaming products.
