US health care group Press Ganey<\/a>, leader in patient, member, employee and consumer experience across the healthcare ecosystem has acquired Forsta<\/a>,\u00a0a leading global provider of market research, customer experience and employee experience technology with operations also in Sweden. The acquisition will accelerate product innovation, especially in the areas of AI, data visualization and qualitative research.<\/p>\n
