The transaction was completed through a transfer of the property-owning company.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The real property has a land area of \u200b\u200b188,515 sq.m. and with a lettable area of \u200b\u200b68,580 sq.m. Alwex Lager &amp; Logistik AB is today the largest tenant on the property with a contract that expires 2024.
