At the same time, W\u00e4stbygg has signed a lease agreement with Praktiska Sverige AB.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The property, which contains a lettable area of approximately 3,000 sq.m. will be refurbished and adapted into a modern and well-planned school building for vocational education. Praktiska Sverige AB will operate upper secondary school activities in the premises and a ten-year lease has been signed with the tenant. The total investment cost for the acquisition and refurbishment for W\u00e4stbygg amounts to approximately SEK 100,000,000. The transaction has been structured as a sale of the property owning company and completion took place on February 2, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The W\u00e4stbygg Group is a listed construction and project development company that builds and develops residential, commercial buildings and community service properties, as well as logistics and industrial facilities \u2013 always with a strong focus on sustainability.
