Preamble (Engelska) Text med en rad Kr\u00e4ver svar \">\n<div class=\"-uQ-752 \" data-automation-id=\"questionContent\">\n<div class=\"-zY-234 \">\n<div class=\"-Sp-255\">\n<div class=\"-yM-755\">\n<p><strong>Setterwalls has assisted Pegroco Invest AB (\u201cPegroco\u201d) in connection with its acquisition of the majority of shares in Geogruppen i G\u00f6teborg AB.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Geogruppen i G\u00f6teborg AB was founded in 2006 and has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 50 million. The company has 27 employees and provides services in five main business areas: geotechnics, nuclear drilling, energy and water, construction and environmental engineering. The company\u2019s headquarters is located in Gothenburg but the company offers its services throughout the entire Nordic region. A large part of the business is however concentrated to the Swedish V\u00e4stra G\u00f6taland region, spread over a large number of customers. Through the acquisition, Pegroco becomes the majority shareholder with 65.7% of the shares in Geogruppen Holding AB, which in turn owns 100% of Geogruppen i G\u00f6teborg AB.
