Setterwalls advises Dina F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringar in connection with the public takeover bid.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dina F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringar is one of Sweden&#8217;s largest insurers and offers business insurances as well as private insurances covering vehicles, homes, families and animals. Dina F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringar has had Sweden&#8217;s most satisfied customers for several years in a row and offers long-term security through personal service, both digitally and on site at one of the company&#8217;s 30 offices around Sweden.<\/p>\n<p>Paydrive is listed on the Nordic Growth Market and offers individually tailored car insurances.
