The operation has offices at 9 nine locations in the Nordic region, including Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, and Oslo. Group net sales amounted to SEK 636 million in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Pamica Group acquires small and medium-sized companies and develops them together with successful entrepreneurs, making them successful in the long term and thus adding value and prosperity. The Group has an eternal ownership horizon with high ambitions for growth \u2013 through organic growth and add-on acquisitions, and through increasing the number of platform companies.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction, which requires customary approvals and approval from the Swedish Competition Authority, is set to be completed in connection with receipt of the aforementioned approvals.<\/p>\n<p>Pamica Group was advised by Setterwalls.
