The merger is executed through an issue in kind of new shares in the Company, as a result of which Flerie Invest AB&#8217;s shareholders will initially hold approximately 91.9 per cent of the shares in the Company. As a result of the transaction, the Company will change its name to Flerie AB. The transaction is conditional upon, inter alia, transaction-related resolutions at extraordinary general meetings to be held in June 2024 and that the Company receives approval for continued listing of the Company\u00b4s share on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
