Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to InfraRed Capital Partners in the sale of 25% of its stake in the onshore wind farm portfolio Twin Peaks to Infranode.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Twin Peaks consists of the two operational onshore wind farms Ranasj\u00f6h\u00f6jdens and Salsj\u00f6h\u00f6jden. The wind farms consist of 39 Siemens turbines, each with a capacity of 6.2 MW and a total height of 200 metres. The total combined capacity is 242 MW, making the project one of the ten largest in Sweden. Twin Peaks can generate electricity to 45,000 households and it is an important part of Sweden\u2019s goal to reach zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2045.<\/p>\n
