The company operates a total of 13 facilities in Norrk\u00f6ping, S\u00f6derk\u00f6ping, Finsp\u00e5ng, Valdemarsvik, Link\u00f6ping, Mj\u00f6lby, \u00c5tvidaberg, \u00d6rebro, Lindesberg, Hallsberg and Askersund. The company has around 500 employees and offers sales of new and used cars, workshop services and spare parts.<\/p>\n<p>Liljedahl Group\u2019s acquisition of all outstanding shares in Tage Rejmes Bil Aktiebolag is subject to merger approval by the Swedish Competition Authority (Sw. Konkurrensverket).
