With a significant capital injection, Sehlhall now has the opportunity to scale up its operations and establish its own portfolio for management. Nrep\u2019s experience in developing, owning, and managing social infrastructure properties complements Sehlhall\u2019s drive and position as a leading player in the elderly care segment.
