The transaction, which is carried out together with a consortium led by German-based MEAG, covers 12.4 per cent of Stora Enso\u2019s forest holdings in Sweden and is valued at approximately EUR 900 million. Upon completion of the transaction, Soya Group will hold 40.6 per cent of the newly formed company, while Stora Enso will retain a 15 per cent stake. This venture is part of Soya Group\u2019s long-term strategy to invest in sustainable solutions with stable returns.<\/p>\n<p>Setterwalls has provided Soya Group with legal advice throughout the entire transaction process.
