The properties were acquired by two separate funds managed by Hines, a leading global manager of real property investments.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The properties contain 568 apartments and a number of commercial premises allocated on an aggregate space of 29,000 square meters. The properties have been constructed and completed since 2015 and 2023-2025 and are and have been fully rented out.
