Approximately 220 new homes are planned for the site, with construction scheduled to begin in 2027. The Tampen block is the final part of the area around Masttorget, which is Sweden\u2019s first sustainability-certified urban environment according to the world-leading BREEAM Communities system, featuring housing, offices, a school and preschool, restaurants, and a mobility hub.
