The acquisition is to be carried out through an issue of new shares in the Company, as a result of which KEO World will initially hold approximately\u00a040 per cent of the shares in the Company. To secure the continued financing of the Company, the Company furthermore intends to carry out several capital raises to an aggregate amount of over SEK 300 million. The transaction is conditional upon, inter alia, transaction-related resolutions at\u00a0an extraordinary general meeting and receipt of all required regulatory approvals, including approval of the re-listing of the Company\u2019s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm.
