Setterwalls is advising Arise in connection with the public takeover bid.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aneo offers SEK 45 in cash for each share in Arise. The total value of the offer amounts to approximately SEK 1.8 billion. The independent bid committee of Arise has unanimously recommended the shareholders to accept the offer.<\/p>\n<p>Arise is one of Sweden\u2019s leading independent companies within the renewable energy sector.
