The portfolio has a weighted average unexpired lease term (WAULT) of approximately 11 years, with over 90 percent of the leases contracted with strong counterparties such as municipalities and Norlandia F\u00f6rskolor.<\/p>\n<p>The majority of the properties are located in the Greater Stockholm area. Closing is expected to take place in January 2026. Behind the selling entity, Svenska Samh\u00e4llsfastigheter, are Peter Bornvik, Fredrik Engberg, and Martin Schmidt.
