The group serves a broad and diversified customer base across the hotel, restaurant, culture, facilities management, grocery and retail sectors. The companies offer a comprehensive range of consumables and have more than 700 employees.<\/p>\n<p>Bain Capital\u2019s acquisition is conditional upon obtaining the relevant regulatory approvals.
