Setterwalls has advised the company on the issue of new bonds amounting to approximately SEK 170 million, within a maximum framework amount of SEK 250 million, as well as the admission of the bonds to trading on Nasdaq First North Bond Market. The issue was carried out in part to refinance the company&#8217;s previous bonds. In connection with the transaction, existing bondholders were offered the opportunity to set off their right to repayment under the previous bonds against subscription for the newly issued bonds.
