Setterwalls has advised W\u00e4stbygg Gruppen AB (publ) (\u201cW\u00e4stbygg Gruppen\u201d), listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, in connection with a rights issue of class A-shares and units that will provide W\u00e4stbygg Gruppen with proceeds of approximately SEK 191 million before deduction of issue costs, as well as with the company’s parallel voluntary early redemption of previously issued bonds.<\/strong><\/p>\n
