The properties, located in Halmstad, Trelleborg, V\u00e4xj\u00f6, \u00c4ngelholm and Malm\u00f6, comprise a total lettable area of 53,100 sqm with an annual rental value of approximately SEK 45 million. Description (Engelska) Flerradig text Kr\u00e4ver svar \">\n<div class=\"-Cw-810 \" data-automation-id=\"questionContent\">\n<div class=\"-NV-256 \">\n<div class=\"-Vs-277\">\n<p class=\"-EK-814\">The transaction comprises the sale of the properties Konen 5 (Halmstad), Tankbilen 9 (Trelleborg), Postiljonen 1 and Smeden 1 (V\u00e4xj\u00f6), Rebbelberga 26:37 and Rebbelberga 26:38 (\u00c4ngelholm) as well as Olsg\u00e5rd 4, Sl\u00e4tth\u00f6g 1, Sl\u00e4tth\u00f6g 2 and Sl\u00e4tth\u00f6g 6 (Malm\u00f6). The agreed purchase price exceeds the most recent valuation by approximately 8 percent.
