Description (Engelska) Flerradig text Kr\u00e4ver svar \">\n<div class=\"-CJ-813 \" data-automation-id=\"questionContent\">\n<div id=\"QuestionId_r2f476fbd73dc48a4b950830456506569\" class=\"-pE-266\">\n<p class=\"-xf-267\" data-automation-id=\"questionTitle\">As part of the work to simplify and streamline Balder\u2019s operations, the board resolved to propose that the shareholders distribute Balder\u2019s entire holding in Norion Bank AB to the shareholders. The distribution was resolved as a distribution in kind at Balder\u2019s annual general meeting on 8 May 2026. As per the day of the annual general meeting, the distribution corresponded to a value of approximately SEK 5 billion. Each share in Balder entitled to 0.0769 shares in Norion Bank AB.<\/p>\n<p class=\"-xf-267\" data-automation-id=\"questionTitle\">Fastighets AB Balder is a listed property group that owns, manages and develops properties in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Germany and the UK. As of 31 December 2025, the property value amounted to SEK 229 billion.
