The transactions were structured as share deals and form part of Catena&#8217;s ongoing strategy to develop and streamline its property portfolio with an increased focus on modern logistics properties.<\/p>\n<p>The divested properties comprise a total lettable area of approximately 35,000 square metres and have been sold at a combined property value of approximately SEK 430 million, before deduction for deferred tax.
