The properties were acquired from \u00c5ke Sundvall on behalf of one of Art-Invest&#8217;s institutional investment funds. Through this acquisition, together with the previously completed transaction, Art-Invest Real Estate now owns the entire Atlas quarter, comprising of apartments and commercial premises.<\/p>\n<p>This constitutes the second deal between the parties and Art-Invest Real Estate&#8217;s third transaction in Barkarbystaden, following the acquisition of Stockholm Quality Outlet and three residential buildings within the same Atlas quarter in 2024 and 2025, respectively. The newly constructed residential buildings are located in one of Sweden&#8217;s most expansive urban development areas, with a strategic location next to the new subway station expected to be completed in 2027.
