Even in countries such as Sweden and Denmark, which are generally perceived to have robust and transparent legal frameworks in place in relation to these issues, the impact of these new laws will be transformational. During this seminar, labour law experts from Sweden, Denmark and the UK will discuss the detail of these new laws, their likely impact and what employers can do now to prepare for their implementation.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the seminar will cover the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D&amp;I data collection:<\/strong>\u00a0Labour law specialists from Sweden and Denmark will explain the current legal position in the two countries and the likely impact of the upcoming EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. A labour law specialist from the UK will share insights in relation to their experience in the UK of rolling out large D&amp;I data collection exercises (sometimes globally) and the importance of a robust communications campaign.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gender pay gap reporting:<\/strong>\u00a0Labour law specialists from Sweden and Denmark will explain the current legal position in the two countries and what companies can do now to prepare for the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
