Recently, Tommy Pettersson, a former partner of Mannheimer Swartling, was also recruited to the department.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EU- and competition law is becoming more and more important to Swedish and international companies and organizations and is key in complex transactions such as acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures.
