Peter Sarkia, a partner specialising in M&A, is to leave Hammarski\u00f6ld to become a partner and member of the M&A team at Setterwalls.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Peter Sarkia, 41, studied at Uppsala and is a member of the Swedish bar. His career took him from Lagerl\u00f6f & Leman to Hammarski\u00f6ld & Co where he was a partner from 2003-2009. Peter has worked with corporate transactions, insurance and reinsurance as well as venture capital, frequently with an international focus. Peter is trilingual (Swedish, English, Finnish) and has an extensive network of contacts in London and Helsinki.<\/p>\n
