The decision marks an important milestone for the company, which since its inception has focused on offering flexible and affordable financing solutions for both start-ups and established companies. With the new authorisation, Fedelta can broaden its offering and strengthen its position in the market.<\/p>\n<p>Setterwalls&#8217; team has been the company&#8217;s legal advisor in preparing the application and throughout the authorisation process with the Swedish FSA.
