Setterwalls has assisted Parafon, owned by Rockwool Group, in connection with their relocation to a new production facility.

Setterwalls has assisted Parafon, owned by Rockwool Group, in connection with their relocation of the production business of acoustic ceiling tiles. The Parafon production, warehouse and office will move to a new production facility in Norra Ryd in Skövde.

During spring 2020 Rockwool Group acquired Parafon, a manufacturer of acoustic stone wool solutions for walls and ceilings. Parafon will relocate its production, warehouse and office to a new factory on the real property Skövde. The factory will be built in cooperation with developer PNP Stålhallar AB. The new factory is expected to be ready by fall 2021 and will comprise approx. 14,000 square meters.
