Setterwalls has assisted Sivers IMA in connection with directed share issue

Setterwalls has assisted Sivers IMA Holding AB in connection with a directed share issue to a number of institutional investors.

The gross proceeds of the share issue amounts to approximately SEK 54 million. Sivers IMA develop, manufacture and sell cutting-edge chips, components, modules and subsystems based on proprietary advanced semiconductor technology in microwave, millimeter wave and optical semiconductors.
