Setterwalls has assisted Skandia Fastigheter in the divestment of building rights for 220 new homes

Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to Skandia Fastigheter in the divestment of building rights in Västra Hamnen to Riksbyggen.

Skandia Fastigheter is selling building rights in the Tampen block to Riksbyggen. Approximately 220 new homes are planned for the site, with construction scheduled to begin in 2027. The Tampen block is the final part of the area around Masttorget, which is Sweden’s first sustainability-certified urban environment according to the world-leading BREEAM Communities system, featuring housing, offices, a school and preschool, restaurants, and a mobility hub. The area is expected to have around 25,000 residents and as many workers by 2031, and Masttorget has been identified as a potential station location for a future Öresund Metro.
