Setterwalls recruits dispute resolution specialist Jesper Grünbaum from Wistrand

Setterwalls’ recruitment of Wistrand partner Jesper Grünbaum represents a strategic acquisition in the growing dispute resolution field. Jesper will join the Stockholm office as a partner from 19 September 2011.

– Setterwalls has recently made a number of strategic hires as a result of the ever-increasing demand for our services. We are really pleased to add to that list, Jesper Grünbaum. Jesper is a well-respected litigator and dispute resolution specialist with considerable experience across a broad spectrum of matters, not least corporate law. Setterwalls is already home to one of the foremost players within commercial dispute resolution. The recruitment of Jesper places Setterwalls even more firmly on the map as a leading advisor and partner in the field, says Joakim Edoff, CEO for Setterwalls.

Jesper Grünbaum, 47, joins us from Wistrand where he was employed in 1994 and appointed partner in 2000. Prior to that, he was reporting clerk at the Svea Court of Appeal. Jesper specialises in litigation and headed up Wistrand’s dispute resolution group for many years. His expertise in dispute resolution is underlined by independent ranking in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
