UP/UPC Update: Signal that UPC complaint will be decided early next year

Justice Peter Huber is the assigned rapporteur of the complaint filed with the constitutional court against Germany’s ratification of the UPC Agreement. Yesterday, in an interview, Huber conveyed his plan to have the complaint decided in the first quarter of 2020. The reason for the delay so far is not Brexit, explains Huber, but other important cases that have to be resolved first.
