Integrum AB has executed a private placement of approximately SEK 31 million through a new issue of 1 937 500 shares at a price of SEK 16 per share directed at a number of Swedish and international institutional investors. The subscription price was determined through an accelerated bookbuilding process.
Integrum AB is a medical technology company which develop and market a system for bone-anchored prostheses.
