Setterwalls advises BiBBInstruments AB, listed on Spotlight Stock Market, in connection with a rights issue of units consisting of shares and warrants.

BiBBInstruments is a cancer diagnostics company developing and manufacturing EndoDrill®, a patented product line of electric-driven endoscopic biopsy instruments with the goal of improving the diagnosis of several serious cancers. The company is listed on Spotlight Stock Market with headquarters in Lund, Sweden. Through the rights issue, BiBBInstruments may initially receive issue proceeds of a maximum of approximately SEK 36,5 million before issue costs.
