Setterwalls advises IAR in connection with the public offer from Qt Group

The Qt Company Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Qt Group Plc, has announced a recommended public offer to the shareholders of I.A.R. Systems Group AB (publ) to transfer all of the class B shares in IAR to The Qt Company. The total value of the offer is approximately SEK 2,293 million. Setterwalls advises IAR in connection with the public offer.
