Rolf is a partner in Setterwalls’ EU and competition law group.

With an active practice spanning over three decades at both competition authorities and law firms, he has built a strong position in the field.

Rolf represents both Swedish and international clients across a range of industries, including healthcare, banking and finance, telecommunications, industry, retail, as well as public authorities and state-owned enterprises.

His practice covers competition law aspects of corporate acquisitions, cartels and collaborations, matters relating to dominant undertakings, and strategic counsel on state aid. Rolf is a recognised and trusted adviser, regularly engaged by a broad range of clients on complex competition law matters.
