Setterwalls advisor to Contentus when the Åhléns property was acquired

Contentus has acquired the Åhléns property in Ystad from Cornerstone, Nordic Retail Fund.

The property, which to some extent is a property for development purpose, has a leasable area of 5,435 sq. m.
